  7.        Bzip2  compresses  files  using the Burrows-Wheeler block-
  8.        sorting text compression algorithm,  and  Huffman  coding.
  9.        Compression  is  generally  considerably  better than that
  10.        achieved by more conventional LZ77/LZ78-based compressors,
  11.        and  approaches  the performance of the PPM family of sta-
  12.        tistical compressors.
